Welcome to Life's Little Beauties. The website located at www.lifeslittlebeauties.com (the "Site") is a copyrighted work belonging to Life's Little Beauties ("Company", "us", "our", and "we").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set forth the legally binding terms and conditions that govern your use of the Site and the purchase of our handcrafted skincare, custom stationery, and artisanal accessories (collectively, the "Products"). By accessing or using the Site, you are accepting these Terms (on behalf of yourself or the entity that you represent), and you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

Your use of the Site is subject to Life’s Little Beauties’ Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to purchase Products from this Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Life’s Little Beauties reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Life’s Little Beauties specializes in handcrafted goods. Because our Products are handmade:

●     Variations: You acknowledge that slight variations in color, texture, scent, or appearance may occur between batches and are a hallmark of artisanal craftsmanship.

●     Custom Stationery: For custom-designed stationery or personalized accessories, you are responsible for ensuring all information provided (names, dates, spelling) is accurate. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Our skincare line focuses on natural, high-quality ingredients. However, the following applies to all skincare Products:

●     Allergy Warning: It is the user’s responsibility to review the ingredient list for potential allergens. We recommend performing a patch test before full use.

●     Not Medical Advice: The information provided on this Site is for educational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition or disease.

●     Professional Consultation: Individuals with specific skin challenges or medical conditions should consult a healthcare professional before using new skincare products.

●     Same-Day Fulfillment: We strive for same-day fulfillment on orders placed before our daily cutoff time (as specified on the Site).

●     Shipping: We provide fast US shipping. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Life's Little Beauties is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the user.

●     Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders resulting from pricing errors.

●     Standard Return Policy: Per our Guarantee Program, valid refunds or exchanges for equal value may be requested within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

●     Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and must be accompanied by a valid receipt.

●     Exclusions: Due to the nature of the products, used skincare items or personalized/custom stationery may only be eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use strictly in accordance with these Terms.

All content on the Site and embodied in our Products, including without limitation text, artwork, illustrations, original stationery templates and layouts, product names, product formulas and descriptions, labels, packaging, product photography, videos, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, graphics, and the selection, compilation, and arrangement of the foregoing (collectively, "Content") is owned by Life’s Little Beauties or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws (including copyright and trademark laws).

No copying/resale/derivatives. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent, you may not: (a) copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, post, transmit, sell, license, rent, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Content; (b) use our Content to create or manufacture confusingly similar products (including stationery designs, accessory designs, labels, or packaging); or (c) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

Custom work and customer-provided materials. If you submit text, images, logos, or other materials for customization, you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to provide those materials and authorize us to use them solely to fulfill your order. You are responsible for obtaining any required permissions/releases.

As a condition of your use of the Site, you agree you will not use the Site or any Products in any manner that is unlawful, prohibited by these Terms, or that could harm Life’s Little Beauties, our customers, or others. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to:

●     engage in fraudulent transactions, chargebacks in bad faith, or otherwise attempt to obtain Products without payment;

●     violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights);

●     upload, transmit, or distribute any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;

●     interfere with, disrupt, damage, overburden, or impair the Site or any networks or systems connected to the Site, including by introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code;

●     attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, accounts, computer systems, or networks (including through hacking, password mining, or any other means);

●     use any automated means (including bots, scrapers, spiders, or crawlers) to access the Site or collect information, except as permitted by applicable law and in accordance with any instructions in our robots.txt (if any);

●     bypass or attempt to bypass any security or access control measures; or

●     use the Site to build, develop, or improve a competing product or service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site, refuse service, or cancel orders if we reasonably believe your conduct violates these Terms or is harmful to our business, customers, or others.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Life’s Little Beauties, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any losses, costs, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Products; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation; (d) your content or materials you submit for customization; or (e) your infringement, misappropriation, or violation of any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity.

THE SITE, CONTENT, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LIFE’S LITTLE BEAUTIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR ERRORS.

Natural skincare; patch test required. Our skincare Products are made with natural and/or plant-derived ingredients and may contain essential oils, botanicals, fragrances, and other ingredients that can cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING INGREDIENTS AND PERFORMING A PATCH TEST BEFORE FULL USE. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, allergies, or sensitive skin, or are under the care of a healthcare provider, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Not medical advice. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

Limitation of liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LIFE’S LITTLE BEAUTIES OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE, CONTENT, OR PRODUCTS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, CONTENT, OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LIFE’S LITTLE BEAUTIES FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages, so some of the above disclaimers and limitations may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or concerning these Terms, the Site, Content, or Products shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, and conducted by a single neutral arbitrator. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Washington in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties (or, if the parties cannot agree, as determined by the arbitrator). Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Small claims; injunctive relief. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Washington to protect its rights (including intellectual property rights) pending completion of arbitration.

Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted.

Life’s Little Beauties reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the Site is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. We encourage you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
