Refund and Return Policy

At Life's Little Beauties, we take great pride in the artisanal quality of our handcrafted skincare, custom stationery, and unique accessories. We are committed to your 100% satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

     General Merchandise: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

     Skincare and Bath Products: For hygiene reasons, skincare products must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.

     Stationery and Accessories: Non-customized items must be returned in their original, resalable condition.

     Handcrafted Items (All Categories): Our items are handcrafted and may have slight variations in color, texture, scent, shape, or finish. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

 

The following items are exempt from being returned:

     Custom and Personalized Stationery: Any items that have been customized or personalized to your specific requirements cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing error or clear defect.

     Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on "Clearance" or "Final Sale" are non-refundable.

     Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final.

 

To start a return, please email our customer care team at support@lifeslittlebeauties.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior authorization.

 

     Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

     Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged or we made an error in your order (e.g., wrong item, wrong scent, or incorrect personalization), Life's Little Beauties will provide a prepaid return label and cover all associated shipping costs.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please reach out to us at: support@lifeslittlebeauties.com.

If you feel our product did not meet the "Life's Little Beauties" standard of quality or did not work for your skin type, please reach out to our team. We value your feedback and will work with you to find a product that better suits your needs or provide a credit toward a future purchase.
